Everyone experiences grief in different ways, no two people react in the same way. It is a roller coaster ride of emotions, but you are not on the rollercoaster alone. There are so many support groups and online resources to help you during this difficult time. You do not have to go through it alone. No one can tell you how to feel, how to react, or how long to grieve for. You don’t ever need to feel that you need to get over it or move on. Take the time you need to mourn. You do not need permission to cry, get angry, or yell.
